Jauana Phillips, Human Resources Business Partner

Jauana joined Central Florida Kidney Specialists in March 2026 as the Human Resources Business Partner. She brings over seven years of progressive Human Resources experience, having served in roles including Payroll Specialist, Benefits Specialist, HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, Human Resources Business Partner, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In addition to her HR expertise, Jauana has experience supporting provider credentialing processes, helping ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate provider documentation within healthcare organizations.

Throughout her career, Jauana has worked with organizations specializing in Member Benefits, Dental Devices for Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse hospital and clinic settings, and Family Health organizations.

Jauana is passionate about developing process improvement strategies that align with an organization’s mission while providing guidance in HR related matters, training, coaching, and workflow enhancements that support both leadership and team members.

She holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Network Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management, and a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management.
