Alicia Brend, Revenue Cycle Management Manager

Alicia Brend serves as the Director of Operations at Central Florida Kidney Specialists. She joined the organization in 2002 and has played a key role in the practice’s growth and operational development for more than two decades.

In her role, Alicia oversees operations across all 12 Central Florida Kidney Specialists locations, including three satellite offices, supporting both clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient operations and high quality patient care.

Earlier in her career with CFLKS, Alicia served as Manager of Revenue Cycle Management, overseeing billing, coding, revenue integrity, compliance, accounts receivable, and patient accounting while helping develop strategies to optimize financial and operational performance.



Alicia brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including leadership in operations, revenue cycle management, and data analytics.
